Commercial Building Leak detection

For this project, a roofing contractor requested our services to confirm suspected points of water intrusion and to provide the building owner with an independent third-party evaluation. The goal was to accurately identify the source of ongoing leaks and eliminate uncertainty before repairs were made.Our team conducted a focused roof moisture and condition assessment to trace the path of water entry into the building. Through testing and verification, we were able to isolate the source of intrusion to steel support posts penetrating through the roof system.The findings provided clear documentation for both the contractor and the owner, allowing targeted repairs to be made at the true source of the issue rather than addressing symptoms. This third-party assessment helped avoid unnecessary repairs and ensured corrective work was performed at the correct locations.
