For this project, a roofing contractor requested our services to confirm suspected points of water intrusion and to provide the building owner with an independent third-party evaluation. The goal was to accurately identify the source of ongoing leaks and eliminate uncertainty before repairs were made.

For this project, we were called in by the general contractor to assist in identifying the source of moisture intrusion within an area undergoing renovation at ZooTampa. The goal was to determine where water was entering the structure so corrective action could be taken before renovation work progressed. Working closely with the roofing contractor and other involved trades, we conducted testing and evaluation to trace the moisture pathway and identify the contributing issues. Our findings helped guide the general contractor toward the correct repair strategy, allowing the project to move forward with a clear understanding of the underlying conditions. This collaborative approach ensured that repairs addressed the true source of the problem rather than symptoms, helping prevent future issues and supporting a successful renovation. As a unique bonus, the project location provided the opportunity to observe manatees in their habitat while work was underway.
