Ulmerton Shopping Plaza

This project was completed at a shopping plaza in Pinellas County, Florida, consisting of three separate buildings, each approximately 10,000 square feet. The property owner planned to install a new roofing system over the existing roof and requested a moisture assessment to verify insulation conditions beneath the original roof assembly.Our team performed a comprehensive impedance roof moisture survey on the existing TPO roofing systems across all three buildings. The survey evaluated insulation conditions throughout each roof area and identified any locations requiring further investigation or repair prior to proceeding with the roof overlay.The results provided the owner with clear, actionable information to determine whether a roof overlay was feasible and to address any moisture-related issues before installation. This assessment helped ensure the new roof system could be properly installed and perform as intended over the long term.
