This project in Tampa involved an impedance-based roof moisture survey conducted to assess insulation conditions before a full silicone roof coating installation. The survey identified areas of trapped moisture within the roof system, allowing corrective action to be taken before the coating was applied, reducing the risk of future coating failure.
